Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This policy describes how personal data of visitors to www.prolife-group.ru (the “site”) is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Data you provide in the enquiry form: name, email address, company name (optional), project description and the category or brand selected on the site.

Technical data when you use the site — only if you consent to analytics: cookies, IP address, browser and device information, on-page actions. This data is collected by the Yandex Metrica service.

We do not request payment details or special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in the form.

Responding to your enquiry and preparing and agreeing a proposal.

Analysing traffic and improving the site — only with your consent to analytics.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent: by submitting the form you consent to processing to respond to your enquiry; you accept or decline analytics in the cookie notice.

5. Operations and disclosure

Data is collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, used and deleted.

Enquiries are delivered to the controller by email via Yandex 360 (YANDEX LLC). Analytics data is processed by YANDEX LLC within Yandex Metrica. Data is not disclosed to other third parties except as required by law.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn and is then deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

Yandex Metrica cookies are kept in your browser for the periods set by the service; you can delete them in your browser settings.

7. Cookies and withdrawing analytics consent

The site stores only your language choice and cookie decision in your browser. Yandex Metrica is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice.
